Online invoicing built for Philippine businesses

Everything you need to bill customers, and track and collect payments in one dashboard.

Branded

Professional invoices with your brand

Add your logo, header and Pay button colors. Every invoice carries itemized line items, discounts, your customer's TIN and a downloadable PDF.

Reminders

Automatic payment reminders and invoice tracking

Turn on reminders and PayMongo emails your customer before and after the due date until the invoice is paid. No more awkward follow-ups as you see what's outstanding and overdue at a glance.

Repeating

Repeating invoices for retainers

Bill the same customer every week, month, or year. Set a fixed number of cycles, or keep invoicing until you cancel.

Bulk

Bulk invoicing from one file

Import many invoices at once instead of creating them one by one. Saved customers and your product catalog can fill in the details.

Control

Scheduled sends and approvals

Schedule an invoice to go out on a future date. Require a second team member to approve an invoice before it reaches your customer.

How to send an invoice and get paid

Step 1

Create your invoice

Add your customer, line items and payment terms. Choose the payment methods you accept.

Step 2

Send it by email or link

Send or schedule sending the invoice straight from PayMongo, or copy the payment link and share it.

Step 3

Your customer pays on the invoice page. The status changes to Paid automatically on your dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions

What businesses ask before sending their first invoice.

Sending invoices is free. You only pay PayMongo's standard transaction fee for the payment method your customer uses, and only when they pay. You can also pass the fee on to your customer instead of deducting it from your payout.

Customers can pay with GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, and Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. You choose which of your active payment methods each invoice accepts.

No. A PayMongo invoice is a billing document and payment request. It cannot be used for tax purposes. Issuing an official receipt to your customer remains your responsibility under BIR requirements.

No. A sent invoice is locked so you and your customer always see the same document. To make a change, void the invoice and send a new one.

Yes. Every invoice payment runs on PayMongo's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure, so your customers' card and e-wallet details are encrypted and protected.

You can easily access Invoices through your PayMongo dashboard. Sign up for a PayMongo account, then click Invoices under Payment Channels. Request for early access and we will activate your account in at least 3-5 business days. Once enabled, you will receive an activation e-mail and you can easily send your first invoice in minutes.
