Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information about your rights and responsibilities, and shall govern your use and access of PayMongo's products and services including, but not limited to, the PayMongo website, dashboard, mobile app, APIs and API documentation, Payment Processing Services, Wallet, and Platform Capability/Account Linking Services ("PayMongo Service/s").

By clicking the applicable button or checkbox, creating/registering for a PayMongo Account or Wallet, or using/accessing any of the PayMongo Services, you agree to be bound by these terms, PayMongo's Privacy Policy, Data Sharing Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and such additional agreements, terms, or policies that we may issue (collectively, "Terms of Use"). We may update these Terms of Use at any time and your continued use or access of PayMongo Services constitutes acceptance of the latest, updated, or revised Terms of Use.

All references to "we", "us", "our", or "PayMongo" refer to PayMongo Philippines, Inc. (a duly organized and registered Philippine company and BSP-licensed Operator of Payment Systems) and/or PayMongo Payments, Inc. (a duly organized and registered Philippine company and BSP-licensed Electronic Money Issuer). All references to "you", "your", "merchant", or "user" refer to the person or entity who registered for a PayMongo Account or Wallet and/or who uses or accesses any of the PayMongo Services.

The terms and conditions above constitute the complete Terms of Use for PayMongo Services, effective as of May 15, 2026. For additional information about our practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy, Data Sharing Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
