Don't store your login ID and password on your computer.
Regularly change your password and avoid using easy-to-guess passwords such as names or birthdays.
Never share information such as your address, mother’s maiden name or bank account number – unless the one collecting the information is reliable and trustworthy.
Don't click links from unreliable sources. Before logging in to your PayMongo account, make sure you are accessing https://dashboard.paymongo.com/ or https://www.paymongo.com/.
Never download any file or software from unfamiliar sites or sources.
Ensure that you have a reliable antivirus and firewall on your computer.
Secure your personal computer with a login password when you leave it unattended.
Keep a backup copy of your transaction history and regularly check your records to make sure that there are no errors and unauthorized transactions.
PayMongo will never ask for your personal information or login credentials via email, text message, or phone call. Do not entertain if you receive a call, text or email asking you to provide any confidential information. Immediately report the incident to support@paymongo.com.
