Pricing
You pay for the experience layer. Your processor charges you for processing.
Two bills, and they never overlap. Ours covers the surface your customer pays on. Theirs covers everything underneath it, on the terms you already agreed.

What is not on this page
None of the following is ours to charge you for, and none of it changes because you added a channel. Your processor bills you for all of it, exactly as it does today.
Interchange
Set by the card schemes and passed through by your processor.
Scheme fees
Visa, Mastercard and the local networks bill your processor, who bills you.
Foreign exchange
Conversion happens on your processor's rails, at your processor's rate.
Settlement
Your processor settles to your account on your existing terms. We are not in that path and could not be.
Chargeback fees
Disputes stay entirely with your processor, including what they charge to handle one.
Looking for Philippine processing rates?
PayMongo is a licensed processor in the Philippines, and that is a different price list — per-transaction rates by payment method, not a plan for a channel layer.
See Philippine pricingTell us your volume and we'll tell you the number.
Which processor you run, which channels you want, and roughly what you process a month.
Pricing questions
Because the commercial model for the channel layer outside the Philippines is not set. Publishing a placeholder price and changing it in six weeks costs more trust than saying so now.
No. Your contract with them is untouched. The only new line is ours.
The Growth plan includes a per-transaction component. It is a fee for rendering the surface, not a share of the payment — the money never passes through us to take a share of.
The channel stays. Reconnecting it to a different provider is configuration rather than a rebuild, which is most of the argument for having a layer at all.
PLACEHOLDER: commercial decision — whether there is a trial, and what it includes, is not decided.
